CHALLENGE
The Challenge phase is a group of four stages that help you when you know what the desired outcome is but do not have a clear view of the approach to take.
It begins by helping you to clearly define what the requirement is – in the stage Scope and Frame and then guides you through three further stages – Generate, Analyse and Propose which will form your approach and a structure for presentation and approval.
